The Uniform Classification and Pay (UCP) system is administered by the Division of Personnel. It consists of job classifications to group similar positions based upon duties AND pay structures for equitable compensation of team members performing comparable work. The UCP system is applicable to executive departments designated in Chapter 36 of the Missouri statutes.
