The American Federation of State, County, and Municipal Employees (AFSCME)
AFSCME Council 72 represents two Bargaining Units within the State of Missouri:
This contract is subject to the judgment in AFSCME, et al. v. State of Missouri, et al. entered December 18, 2023. Following this ruling, this contract is being enforced as ordered in the aforementioned judgment and as allowed under Section 36.025, RSMo. - The Craft & Maintenance Bargaining Unit AFSCME represents those employees classified as craft, service, maintenance and labor personnel employed by the Office of Administration, Departments of Agriculture, Health and Senior Services, Mental Health, Natural Resources, Public Safety, Revenue, and Corrections.
- The Direct Care Bargaining Unit AFSCME represents those non-licensed direct care personnel, who are employed by the Department of Mental Health and the Missouri Veterans Commission.
Communications Workers of America (CWA)
CWA Local 6355, AFL-CIO, represents two Bargaining Units within the State of Missouri:

- The Department of Social Services Bargaining Unit. CWA represents eligible personnel employed by the State of Missouri, Department of Social Services.
- The Department of Health and Senior Services Bargaining Unit. CWA represents eligible personnel employed by the State of Missouri, Department of Health and Senior Services, Division of Senior and Disability Services and Division of Regulatory and Licensure, Sections for Long Term Care and Child Care Regulation.
- The Office of Administration. A number of Office of Administration employees are also represented by CWA.
The Missouri Corrections Officers Association (MOCOA)

- The Department of Corrections, Division of Probation and Parole Probation and Parole Assistants Bargaining Unit SEIU represents all eligible Probation and Parole Assistants I and II employed by the Missouri Department of Corrections, Division of Probation and Parole.
- Patient Care Professionals Bargaining Unit SEIU represents all eligible Patient Care Professionals, as classified within the Bargaining Unit who are employed by the Departments of Mental Health, Corrections, and Missouri Veterans Commission.
