General summary
This is a managerial position accountable for the administrative management of a treatment unit. Responsible for setting work schedules, delegating assignments, assigning tasks, and evaluating employee performance. Also accountable for establishing employee policies and procedures, and supervising professional staff.
Knowledge, skills & abilities
In addition to those identified in the previous levels: Ability to design and review effective and practical individual habilitation plans and related program procedures.
Typical qualifications
Bachelor’s degree, 5 or more years of relevant experience, and 1-2 years of supervising experience. (Substitutions may be allowed.)
