This is a managerial position responsible for professional and administrative work in developing, monitoring, and coordinating vendor contracts and treatment/rehabilitation programs and/or services for individuals with substance use disorders. A position at this level will monitor and evaluate substance use treatment programs and services to ensure continuance of quality services and compliance with contract requirements and state program standards.
In addition to those identified in the previous levels: Knowledge of evidence-based practices and national recommendations for the provision of addiction treatment. Knowledge of accreditation and certification standards and their application to private vendor and state-operated facilities in the treatment of substance use disorders. Ability to design, evaluate, and monitor strategies for the delivery of effective treatment/rehabilitation programs and services.
Bachelor’s degree and 5 or more years of relevant experience, including 1-2 years of supervisory experience. (Substitutions may be allowed.)
