Missouri S&T Fall Career Fair

In Person Career Fair Participants: 

 

• Event Date: September 27th
• Event Time:  9:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m.
• Event Location:  Gale Bullman Multi-Purpose Building, Student Rec. Center, 705 W. 10^th Street, Rolla, MO 65409

 

• The first hour (9-10am) will be for Juniors and above ONLY
• All students will be allowed 10am-3pm
• Employers will be spread throughout both gyms and in a large tent outside

 

• Arrival:  Check in at the COER Employer Registration Table is REQUIRED for all participants.  We require each recruiter to sign in prior to the start of the fair.

 

• Employer Tables:  Booth numbers will be assigned in Career Fair Plus by 9/13
  • Booths located inside the Gale Bullman Multi-Purpose Building will have:
    • Pipe and drape setup
    • Each booth space will have a 6’ skirted table.  Fold out chairs will be available to grab if needed.
  • Booths located outside in the tent will have:
    • 8’ skirted table
    • 2 folding chairs per booth
  • Any shipping items that are received prior to the career fair will be placed at your booth location.
  • Tables may be set up either the evening before the fair after 5:00 p.m. and/or between 7:00 a.m.-8:30 a.m. the day of the fair.

 

• Hospitality:  Lunch will be available for all recruiters from 11:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m. in the south balcony located in the same building as the Career Fair.  Coffee, soda and water will be available throughout the day.

 

• Parking:  Parking near the fair venue will be extremely limited.  If possible, please plan to carpool.  Parking spaces are available outside the west and south sides of the building and in nearby connecting lots, but all overflow parking will be directed several blocks west of the venue.  Please place the attached parking pass in the dash of your vehicle so it is easily viewable.

 

• Shipping TO the Career Fair:  All packages should be received between September 2^nd and noon September 26^th.  Each package must be labeled with the name of your company and addressed as follows:

• Return Shipping: 
  • UPS and FedEx carriers will be present to pick up all return shipping items at the immediate conclusion of the career fair.  It will be the recruiters’ responsibility to ensure all packages have proper shipping/billing invoices attached to each package and place the items in the designated return shipping location.  Questions about shipping can be directed to any COER staff member that day.

 

• • If using a carrier other than FedEx or UPS, the employer is responsible for scheduling their own pick up.  Please note:  All return shipping must be retrieved after the Career Fair on September 27^th no later than 4:00 p.m.
